The SAR Medals and Awards Committee considers proposals for new medals, certificates, and other awards including modifications to existing medals, certificates, or awards. The committee also has jurisdiction over the SAR insignia and the copyrighted SAR logo. The Medals and Awards Committee reviews recommendations for the SAR Gold Good Citizenship Medals and reports to the Executive Committee.
