Annual Congress Info

Our annual Congress is in a different location each year.  While this makes each Congress unique in sights and experiences, it also makes it challenging in finalizing the arrangements.

Generally the Congress Planning Committee will attempt to have registration for an upcoming Congress open shortly after the Spring Leadership Meeting.  This will be sometime in March or April.

The information on future Congress locations can be found on the Annual Congress Info page or contact the Congress Planning Committee Chairman.

There are tours of the local area, banquet meals, ladies luncheon and a First Lady's Tea for your enjoyment.  Also, the organizational business is conducted, national officers are elected, a memorial service for Compatriots who have passed, the national youth contests finals are held and various chapter, state and national awards are presented.

There may be an additional hotel, if so it will be listed on the Congress information page.

Before giving up on getting a room contact the Congress Planning Committee Chairman.  He will have any new additional information, such as cancellations, increases to the block of rooms available, or changes to the hotel arrangements that may be beneficial.  His contact information can be found on the Congress information page.

There is a basic list of events without the specific times found on the page for First Time Congress Attendees.  

A more specific schedule will be included in the registration packet once you arrive.  Even then there may be changes to various meetings and other details that will be posted at the Registration table during the Congress.
