I cannot get you to help me and I have two relatives that have member numbers. I keep getting no help whatsoever. My family is distressed. The Washington State Representative keeps telling me that I probably don’t qualify but I have qualification numbers. It is nuts. And your website is beyond complicated. it should be simple but it isn’t. And I work for the US Treasury Department so if I can’t figure it out, what are the chances you will get new members. Frustrating beyond belief. I can file a tax return easier. And I qualify. And no, telling me that it is hard because of my close relations doesn’t work. They are all dead.
